These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including but not limited to graphic design services, digital assets, and other related products (collectively, “Services”). 1. Definitions • “Client” refers to any individual or entity that engages with KASTCOMM GRAPHICS for the provision of Services. • “Designer” refers to KASTCOMM GRAPHICS, its employees, agents, or representatives providing the Services.

2. Services • KASTCOMM GRAPHICS provides graphic design services which may include logo design, branding, marketing materials, and other custom design work as specified in the project brief. • All Services will be provided as described in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional work outside the scope of the proposal will be subject to additional fees.

3. Payment Terms • Payment for Services is due according to the terms specified in the project proposal or agreement. • We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer]. • All payments must be made in [currency].

4. Intellectual Property • Upon full payment, KASTCOMM GRAPHICS grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the final deliverables as specified in the project proposal. • KASTCOMM GRAPHICS retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the designs until full payment is received. • The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the designs for any purpose not specified in the project proposal without obtaining prior written consent from KASTCOMM GRAPHICS.

5. Revisions and Changes • The scope of revisions will be outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond what is included may incur extra charges. • Any changes or additional requests made after the design has been finalized may be subject to additional fees.

6. Confidentiality • Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose such information to any third parties without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability • KASTCOMM GRAPHICS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services. • In no event will KASTCOMM GRAPHICS’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within [number] days. • Upon termination, the Client will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
